Work from Home Senior .NET Engineer

GoldMail, Inc. (www.goldmail.com) is a fast-growing software company creating a new category of messaging called voice-over-visual messaging. GoldMail provides a rich-media messaging platform that increases the effectiveness and efficiency of business, professional, and personal communications by uniquely combining text, images, and voiceover narratives.

We are looking for a Senior .Net Engineer with hands-on experience in C#, Web Services, MSMQ, XML, SQL Server 2005, and ASP.Net. The candidate will be responsible for augmenting, improving, and supporting the backend functionality of our product. This includes software design, implementation, integration testing, and technical documentation.

You must be able to work both independently as well as with a team (think "agile" and "extreme"). Qualified candidates must have either a bachelor's or master's degree; a computer science major is preferred but not required. Candidates should also have solid work experience. Experience working with SOA and SAAS is a plus.

This 3-month contract-to-hire opportunity is for a developer located in the San Francisco Bay Area. At this time, the developers telecommute most days, and come in to the office in Pleasanton about once a week.
