Telecommute Junior Web Developer

Someone to work with us for a guaranteed minimum of 20 hours a week with a starting contract of 3 months.

You will be working on web applications, marketing websites, and microsites mostly.

Must have:

Standards Based HTML/CSS Template Development

Nice to have:

Framework based Javascript (jQuery, Prototype)
Actionscript 3.0
Ruby on Rails
Expression Engine
Git
Design Skills

We are not looking for the next Brendan Eich, Cameron Moll or Dave Shea. We just need someone willing to work hard and learn our style.

We are:

A very small startup formed in June 2008. We work out of the owners apartment. We'd want you to come hang out with us there too at least one day a week.
