PT Paralegal/Office Manager Position Available for a motivated self-starter.
Must be able to work independently and productively in an office setting with minimal supervision. North County law office emphasizes in estate planning, real estate, general law, banking and finance, investments and insurance. Must have experience in drafting estate plans/trusts and forming corporations. Must be a notary.

Skill sets required:

Typing speed 75 wpm, legal research, MS Word, Word Perfect, Excel spreadsheet, Outlook, Powerpoint presentations, Quicken, Quickbooks, Timeslips, scanning documents, manage client case loads, manage office for bill payment, purchase supplies, organize client files, client billing and collection. Must have pleasant and “can do” attitude and the ability to problem solve with clients and partners.
