Home Based PHP/MySQL Programmer

I need PHP MySQL programmer to help me with few projects. I am looking for either real PHP veteran professional with strong experience developing CMSs and search engines or enthusiastic junior programmer who will follow advise and will be able to solve tasks without constant supervision. Please Note! By no means this is not corporate 9 to 5 job. You can work from home or your corporate office.
