Requirements: Access to a computer with a High Speed Internet Connection and a phone line, long distance service is not required.

Description: Telephone Agents (“Agents”) will contact respondents using their own equipment (as described in Requirements) from their own home. Agents will not work in a central location and hardware (computer, phones or headsets) will not be provided to them. Agents will be paid based on their number of completed calls. Each time Agents begin work they will log onto a web-site that will then phone them back and then dial their calls. This technology records all activity including completed calls. When the Agent is not logged onto the Company website no connection or surveillance exists.

Calls can be made during predetermined hours and days. Usually, the approved call times will range from noon to 8:00pm seven days a week. These periods will allow Agents to work at times that are convenient to their personal schedule. Compensation will be set for each Company contract or job but Agents will usually be paid a flat fee per completed call. The amount paid will vary based on the length of the script and the anticipated completion rate. All Agents will receive training and instruction and will be required to conform completely with the scripts provided and other instruction. Deviation from Company protocols will not be accepted and will be cause for termination.

All new Agents will be required to participate in a training program for which they will be paid a stipend.
