Telecommute Cisco CVP/VXML Developer

Our client is an international service provider delivering design, installation and support of Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise & Express and Unified Intelligent Contact Management (ICM) systems.

Duration – 12 month contract beginning in Jan 2009

Rate – DOE/negotiable

Responsibilities:

Developing VXML and Cisco CVP custom micro applications.

Required Knowledge:

A good understanding of CVP , Java and VXML development

Should have a good understanding of Call Studio environment (Eclipse/Audium)

Required Skills and Abilities:

- Strong analytical skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent PC skills with MS Windows and MS Office.

- Track record as independent worker

- Strong time management skills; can handle multiple projects and commitments

Required Professional Designation/Certifications

Nice to have Certificates but not necessary – CCNA, CCVP

Computer Science related degree or diploma

Required Experience:

* Minimum 1 to 2 years UCCE (a.k.a. IPCC Enterprise) and CVP technology deployment and support.

* Java and VXML development and scripting experience

Travel Required

None – Work will all be done remotely.

May be required to work at client’s site for 2-3 weeks for orientation and then the remainder will be remote.
