Ruby/Rails -- Excellent Coder with Great Capacity to Learn!

Our company seeks a full time developer with the ambition to be more than
just a cog in a giant machine. This is not just an ordinary job and we are

development.

The ideal developer is an avid learner who is excited about web application
development and wants significant growth potential in a job. This person
must be ready for a job that is hands-on, demanding, and deadline-focused,
but that also fosters entrepreneurship, promises on-the-job training, and
provides a work environment that allows developers the freedom to work
however is most productive for them.

We are open to bringing on people who are in any country -- as long as they
are good communicators and flexible with hours. This position will involve
WORKING WITH A TEAM -- which means being online and available, and teaming
up to solve hard problems.

Further, this could be a full-time ongoing position -- not just one gig. So
we are looking for the hourly rate you would charge if we brought you in for
160 hours a month, ongoing. We expect some type of discount over a regular
fee, obviously. This is a JOB -- not just one consulting project. Which
means it will be much more profitable for you. Consulting projects are
uncertain and inconsistent. This is the opposite. Feel free to submit your

virtual position, allowing the team member to telecommute from anywhere in
