At Home PHP Coder

am looking for a PHP coder to create a simple 2d avatar chat written in php and ajax.  The idea i have is to have a login screen that you can login with a username and password from a flat file database or a mysql database (what ever is faster) then once a user has logged in they get asked to choose an avatar from a list of them then they are then forwarded to a chatroom. 

Once in a chatroom i want to be able to click anywhere in inside the chatroom and the avatar moves to that location with there username below the avatar.  Also i want to have a text box where you type a message then it appears above the avatar in a speach bubble and then dissapears after 5 seconds.

I want to have the chat running as fast as possible so its pretty much instant when you click the location to move to.  Something kind of simular that i want is at http://www.furcanvas.com

Will pay up to $250USD, as it is only a simple request.  But there will be more work in the future.
