Virtual Web Graphics and Design

We have quite a few businesses and need web designer for a regular flow of work and modifications but nothing full time. right now we need someone to build a new website on our www.dreamvacationhome.info based on the info in our www.vrbo/186782 listing and www.vrbo/148950 listing.
we also need someone to build us a more proffessional main website (www.plazap.net) for the company and link the above sites to it.
We are looking for the photos to open slowly to music and fade in and out.
