Remote HRM/HCM Product Marketing Consultant

As part of Crimson Operations and Execution Services, Consultant needed to create and own the marketing content process, review messaging and positioning, and manage project deadlines for HRM / HCM domain (with a particular emphasis on talent management and e-learning). Content creation and compilation of current content responsibility includes developing sales fact sheets, presentations, brochures, podcasts, and other sales enablement tools. This project also involves working with internal resources to access current content and ensure that it is created by targeted deadlines.

Duration: 32-40 hours/week, 3+ months

Location: Peninsula, (off-site flexibility if able to visit office once per week)

Skills

Must Have:

7+ years in product marketing role for an enterprise level company

In-depth knowledge of HRM / HCM, especially talent management and e-learning

Extensive experience developing marketing and sales collateral

Strongly Prefer:

Experience with products from SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, Lawson, Saba, SuccessFactors, Taleo, or similar

Experience with Core HR/Payroll, Workforce Scheduling and Optimization, HR Shared Services and BPO
