Remote Customer Service/Sales Representatives

We’re looking for talented customer service professionals to work shifts in our 24-7 call center. You must also be available to work on the weekends. This is a great opportunity for recent college graduates who are looking to get their foot in the door. We also need individuals that have experience performing superior customer service and up-selling qualified leads in a call center or retail environment.  The kind of person we’re looking for will take pride in their customer service ability, have great problem solving and critical thinking skills,  and have an ability to confidently engage and satisfy the needs of our valued customers. The ideal candidate brings these skills along with an interest in all things metaphysical.

Based on performance, our agents can earn up to and over $17 per hour.  In addition agents receive formal performance and salary reviews every six months. We also offer the right person the opportunity for promotion and growth within the company! Outstanding performers and team players with a can do attitude will have multiple avenues for advancement. Employees who have started with us as CS Reps have gone on to supervisory roles in CS, as well as positions in our marketing, tech and credit departments.

In order to qualify for medical benefits you only need to work 25 hours per week!

Job Requirements

    * High school diploma or its equivalent

    * 3 years customer service and up-selling experience in a call center or retail environment

    * Premier customer service skills

    * Knowledge of internet applications

    * Knowledge of personal computer in a Windows environment

    * Typing speed: 40 wpm

    * Ability to work independently with minimal direction

Preferred:

    * College Degree

    * An interest in all things metaphysical!

    * Sales and/or customer service training
