Transcription Position-Telecommute

Transcribers needed immediately. Must be willing to work flexible hours and meet all deadlines. Some familiarity with the entertainment industry preferred.

Applicant Requirements:
Typing 80 WPM (minimum) with 95% accuracy
Proficient in MS Word
Able to transcribe material verbatim
Excellent knowledge of English and grammar
Experience in transcribing video with time codes
Must proof own work
Knowledge of downloading video/audio files from an FTP server


Equipment needed:
PC/MAC computer
Microsoft Word
High speed internet
WAV pedal (optional)
Transcription software

Please attach resume with transcription experience. Include in your email your availability, i.e., day, evenings, weekends. A transcribing test will be given.

Telecommuting is fine.
