General Position Expectations:

The Remote Legal Nurse/RN is responsible for providing phone-based and computer-aide assistance to potential victims of birth injury or medical negligence. The Legal Nurse/RN will be responsible to ask qualifying questions to determine if it is a viable case to forward on to our team of Attorneys. Therefore, exceptional phone, e-mail, and medical knowledge is required in this position. Accuracy and attention to detail are also crucial to ensuring necessary information is relayed to the appropriate parties. Below are some requirements of the position:
