We are actively seeking two telecommuters or in-house/contracted- Paralegals, that have Law degrees and or legal training beyond the certificate. These candidates must have extensive experience in the collections and judgments of secured and unsecured financial Transactions.

1. 3-5 years experience, knowledge and resources must be directly relating to equipment leasing, defaults and non payment of obligations, fraud and conversion.
2. 3-5 years knowledge and experience in writs, repossessions, attachments, protocol and procedures pertaining to equipment leasing defaults.
3 Skills must include drafting : Strong business letters, paperwork for complaints, answering and filing motions, relating to equipment leases, collections, judgment enforcement and insurance claims, Must have extensive knowledge of Word and legal research engines Lexis and Westlaw.

The position requires knowledge of local, state and federal statutes and rules of court.

Prior work with a DA office a plus.

Experience for drafting paperwork for expungements and sealing of criminal records, filing legal actions for unfair practices against attorneys, and other legal actions and counsel in 50 states and Canada is a plus.
