Work from Home Web/RIA Tester

Redback Consulting is looking for an experienced Web/RIA Tester to work on various projects in the Seattle area.

You will work from home and use your hardware to test various websites as they move through the development process. You will be needed anywhere from 0-20 hours per week so this may suit someone wishing to work "on the side" of their normal job.

Skills/Experience:
- 3+ years web testing experience
- Silverlight experience preferred
- Problem solving skills
- Self-motivated worker that can work based on very little direction
- Cross browser compatibility testing

Responsibilities Include:
- Testing Rich Internet Applications
- Writing and execution of test plans
- Reporting of issues to our web based issue tracker
- participation in some on-site meetings (Eastside or Seattle) to understand the product you are testing
