Position includes base salary, commission, bonus incentives, health insurance benefits, stock options, retirement plan, and other benefits. Our Account Managers can earn $40,000 - $100,000+/yr based on their performance. Our new Work From Home position is an incredible career opportunity with tremendous growth and potential. With a product catalog of over 11,000 items that includes Promotional Items, Business and Offset printing, Signs and Banners, and much more - the sales opportunities are nearly endless.

This position does not require any cold-calling as all leads are generated by our aggressive marketing department. Account Managers can develop hundreds of new repeat ordering Accounts in their first year, and thousands in a successful career.

Responsibilities and Core Competencies include the following:

• Handle all aspects of an order, including answering initial inquiries, providing quotes, order entry into a PC based system, proof and final order approval, and customer follow-through after an order has been delivered.
• Develop a strong working relationship with clients through friendly service and follow-up
• Communicate with manufacturing partners when samples, quotes and research requests are needed to place orders, track order status, and resolve problems.
• Responsible for meeting and maintaining performance plan/goals.
• Account Maintenance and Business Development including calling of existing customers, cross and up-selling additional products and services.

Requirements:

Ideal Candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills and should enjoy developing relationships with customers while providing guidance and expertise within the Business and Promotional Printing Universe.

Ideal candidates have experience in customer service and have a desire to be rewarded for skills in form of commission and sales achievement bonuses.
Work-from-home candidates must be self-motivated and able to meet sales quotas with minimal supervision. Must have a minimum of 2 years of printing or promotional product sales experience with proven success. Extremely strong computer skills for this opportunity are a must.

• Experience with PC and Window’s based applications, and is able to adapt and learn new software quickly.

Education/Skills/Experience:

• Two (2) years top achieving sales/customer service experience
• Proven effective interpersonal skills.
• College Degree is preferred but not necessary.
