Work at Home SEO Expert

Our little company is growing. We have a VERY specific need. Our company is seeking someone full-time BUT for short term. Possibly for just a month or so. Depending on how really good you are we may consider something long term but we want to be honest here and say we don't know at this point.


We are maxcashtitleloans.com (http://www.maxcashtitleloans.com) and provides quality title loans to people in Chicago, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Diego and San Francisco. We are affliates of one of the giants in the industry (and some of the nicest people we have ever dealt with) 1-800LoanMart. (http://www.800loanmart.com). Together we serve several states and provide the public with honest title loans.

We know SEO/SEM (or so we think because we have been doing it for years and have many 1-1 placements). With this being said, we still have an issue with our PR on google going up and down like the wind and the President of the company is getting a little frustrated. Since egos go out the door at this company, we know enough to call out "help". We are teachable and yet we can teach. Since we know enough about SEO/SEM, please don't think we can be tricked in the interview with terms you may think we will not understand. You may suggest doing what we are already doing and thats okay and if that is the case, you will be in charge of continuing the project.

Your job is to assist us as a team with one web site getting it on the short tail keyword we desire. You need to have proven ability here. You need to show us you know what to do, how to do it and you have examples of how you have taken PR2 sites to PR4 or better. We need staying power. We are not looking for short term tricks that only end up getting us on the roller coaster again.

You can work out of your home and that would be okay (if you do, it would be different compensation - probably by the piece instead of by hourly or salary) but people who want to work out of our Bensonville office move to the front of the line. People with laptops are preferred if you work out of our place.

Now I sounded kind of negative in my tone so I want to make sure you understand that a positive attitude is important. We are fun easy going guys who work hard and are very open minded. We just need some help and we hope you know and can prove you are the best choice. We will NOT pick your brain at the interview because your tricks is actually what you bring to the table when you are employed. We will be more interested in the result of your work, not the process, in the interview. Afterwards, if we hire you, it will be the other way around.

As far as payment is concerned, we are pretty open. We are thinking $600-$750 a week.
