Telecommute Client Administrator
Company is currently searching for a qualified Client Administrator with experience in Sage software, Medical Billing, and analyzing issues to place within a prestigious client in the local Miami area. The Client Administrator who obtains this position will be responsible for: troubleshooting software related issues, escalating issues, and logging/documenting issues using a ticketing system.
The Client Administrator will be able to stay on task in potentially distracting, dynamic group settings and have the ability to work creatively while maintaining the standards of a large healthcare leader. Responsibilities / Job Description:
o Troubleshoot and resolve client software issues
o Escalate issues if resolution not found
o Resolve issues revolving around billing, EHR information, etc
o Log / document issues using an in-house ticketing system
o Resolve issues with clients over the phone, taking 20+ calls per day
Non-Technical Requirements:
o Strong analytical ability
o Excellent communication skills
o Ability to type 35+ words per minute
o Customer service skills
o Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
Qualifications
o Bachelors degree
o Prior call center experience
