Job Description
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience, A/P, A/R and Payroll experience. You must be willing to multi-task, have strong communication skills and work as a team member. This is a virtual, home office position requiring the ability to self direct and self motivate. Strong MS Excel, Word and Quickbooks skills are required.
Responsibilities
• Assist Finance Team with various accounting activities.
• Run monthly membership renewals in merchant account system.
• Process and post accounts payables.
• Process and post accounts receivables.
• Process bi-monthly payroll (including commission and bonus compensation).
• Process employee expenses.
• Other related activities as needed.
Requirements
• 3+ years of related experience.
• College degree preferred, but not required.
• Disciplined self-starter who regularly sets and achieves work goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required, as are excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a small team environment is essential.
• Ability to work well in a virtual environment.
