JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop a script/storyboard for a course on the topic of sexual misconduct. While no web development or production work is required, you must have experience in designing/writing training for WBT. Below are pertinent details regarding the scope of this project.
Designer will receive:
· Receive a content outline complete with learning objectives
· Receive descriptions of all possible learning interactions for the training (flash-based learning activity templates)
· A brief style guide that will be added to as we move forward.
Designer will be responsible for:
· Developing a creative, well written, interactive, and instructionally sound storyboard for an approximate 60 minute (or 60 page/screen) course.
· Aligning content in storyboard to learning activity templates.
· Developing test questions that correlate to learning objectives.
· Developing some content. While some content will be provided, there are known content gaps and Designer will be responsible (within reason) for developing appropriate content.
EXPERIENCE:
Must have current experience in the areas listed below:
· Excellent writing skills
· Instructional Design experience - must have samples of work
· Designer will be expected to work well on their own as well as collaborate when necessary with SMEs.
NECESSARY SOFTWARE:
Microsoft Word
PAY:
15$/for first 6 hours. If work is acceptable, you will be paid at the 20$ an hour rate even for the first five hours.
20$/Hour
