Looking to hire a web developer who is an expert in CakePHP 1.2

Familiarity with the following needed:

* PHP 5.x
* MySQL
* HTML/CSS2
* XML
* AJAX

* Linux Server Administration
* SVN

We are currently seeking a developer to produce 2 modules for our custom coded (cakephp)
CRM application

1. IP address Allocation Management knowledge of CIDR blocks is essential.
2. Trouble Ticket System.
3. Other modules are also needed.
