At Home Survey Editor

Writer needed with experience in writing survey questions.  The questions are written, just need someone to organize them so the 'flow' of the questions makes sense to those answering.  The survey has around 400 questions, and is geared towards professionals in the entertainment industry.  Please provide your resume and interest in this type of editing.
