Freelance Web Developer

I am creating a website and I need the services of a web developer/designer. I have created the majority of the elements in Photoshop for the website, but need help designing the rest of the website and creating some of the server side scrip aspects of the website. Here is quick overview of what I am looking for:

• A user profile section that is automatically created and updated by users, similar to MySpace. Users are able to create a password protected profile, upload video and audio files, pictures and specific information about themselves that will be publicly displayed.
• Help finishing up some design elements of the website
• Optimization and posting the website online

I am looking to receive quotes from a few freelance web developers. I will go over the specifics of the requirements in person with the web developer.
