Remote Title Searcher- Data Gatherer

Need anyone experienced with title search and or researching data at County Couthouses, such as Judgements, EVICTION PROCEEDINGS, Mechanics Liens, Child Support Proceedings, Ongoing lawsuits. This is a job that will be performed at various county courthouses in all five boroughs of NYC and does not require a 9-5 existence and employee will be paid as an independent sub contractor and paid for work performed. Must have experience in searching all types of proceedings in Unified court system of NYC (Nasssau and Suffolk county knowledge a plus but not required) Must have lap top and ability to gather data and input in an excel based format. PAY- depends upon how much data is gathered., this is an INDEPENDENT, Entreprenaurial type of job and employee will be payed based upon performance.
