Partial Telecommute Executive Assistant

Seeking experienced executive assistant to manage administrative duties for a business coach, speaker, and bestselling author. Ideal candidate will have 3+ years background in marketing, public relations, and/or office management. You must be a strong writer, good salesperson, and able to work with clients, speaking bureaus, and the media. This position requires very strong computer skills including Mac and Windows OS as well as the Microsoft Office suite (especially Powerpoint and Entourage/Outlook). Duties will include managing newsletters, website CMS, database, scheduling, and travel. Location is 5 minutes north of LAX, job may consist of some onsite and virtual work, and will require approximately 20 to 30 hours per week. Since we can provide some flexibility, this is an ideal position for a graduate student, working parent, or as a second job. Preferably, this candidate will own his or her own laptop which can be used onsite or from home.
