Customer Service for Volunteer Travel Org

Cosmic Volunteers (www.cosmicvolunteers.org) is a non-profit organization in Philadelphia looking for a part-time customer service representative for the summer. Our clients travel to Asia, Africa, and South America to take part in volunteer programs.

Responsibilities
•Inbound/Outbound calls from clients
•Responding to client emails
•Assist with website content + press releases
•Various administrative support

Requirements
•Experience volunteering abroad preferred
•Bachelor's Degree preferred
•Clerical Experience in a office environment

Location: Philadelphia, PA (East Falls)
20 hours per week
Compensation: $12/hour
Telecommuting OK
