Work at Home Secretary

Sharp Detail (SharpDetail.com) is a mobile auto detailing company located in the Washington DC metro area. We are looking for a part time, work from home secretary to handle our customer service and logistics. This is a work from home position, candidates for this position can be located anywhere in the United States.

Compensation:

  • $800 per month
  • Cell phone with unlimited calling plan.
Responsibilities:
  • Take calls from customers and schedule appointments.
  • Answer questions about our services. Will need to develop a confident understanding of the products and services offered and the auto detailing process.
  • Reschedule customers when necessary due to bad weather, sick days or other circumstances.
  • Call some customers ahead of time to verify appointments.
  • Provide support for mobile detailers out on the job.
  • Perform invoicing and other routine clerical duties.
Requirements:
  • Be able to reliably answer calls as early as 7AM and as late as 9PM Eastern Standard Time, 7 days per week.
  • Be warm and professional.
  • Can leave the house and run errands, etc. as long as there is adequate cell phone reception.
  • Must be able to operate independently with very little oversight.
  • Should have a lifestyle that fits the unique job requirements. A slower-paced, more homeward bound lifestyle tends to work better with this position.
  • Have a broadband internet connection.
Compensation: $800/month
