Tier 1 - Hosting Support (Work From Home)
Seeking individual to provide technical support to hosting customers remotely via phone and web interface.
Candidate will need to be available between 9AM – 6PM Mon-Fri MST
Duties include:
1. Respond to help desk tickets created online or escalate as necessary
2. Return phone calls to customers who have support or billing questions
Position requires:
1. Basic understanding of web site and email hosting services
2. Excellent customer service skills
3. Knowledge of configuring the Microsoft Outlook email client
4. Broadband internet access in the home
5. Phone line dedicated to work only
6. A quiet working environment in the home
Candidate should have previous experience with internet services like Apache, Bind, and Qmail but these are not required. Experience with SSH and the Unix shell is also helpful.
Starting pay is $1800 per month.
