On-call Remote Support Position

Our firm is seeking a responsible IT administrator to be on-call and available to work remotely Thursdays through Sundays to help employees troubleshoot computer difficulties as necessary. Must have familiarity with logmein and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with end-users. Would be required to be available for support 24 hours per day. Candidate must have knowledge of the following: Windows XP Professional; Terminal Services; Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint; MS SQL; desktop and laptop hardware; WiFi and handheld computing; and Blackberry devices. Experience in Novell Network Administration and/or Groupwise a plus.
