Partial Telecommute Admin/Bookkeeper


Caucho Technology, Inc., a growing software engineering company based in La Jolla, has an opening for a part time administrator and book keeper. Caucho was founded in 1998, produces server software and has over 10,000 customers including the Toronto Stock Exchange. Position is 25 hours/week.

Duties include:

  • managing reporting from resellers and partners
  • order processing
  • accounts receivable and payable
  • data entry into company databases
  • general office duties
  • Background required:

  • excellent written and verbal skills
  • experienced Quickbooks user
  • attention to detail
  • ability to work independently, telecommunting
