Contract Web Content Administrator/Marketing Assistant
We are a marketing company engaged in the sale of educational products related to the real estate industry. We are seeking an enthusiastic basic level web content developer to join our team in building a cutting edge internet marketing system. This is a contract position responsible for providing support to the sales and marketing team in the areas of website design, development, implementation, maintenance and monitoring results of online marketing campaigns and webinar production.
Essential Functions:
• Responsible for website design development and posting of content on all company websites. Includes the tracking and coordination of information posted on the websites.
• Design and develop content, image and page layout for online advertising and promotional campaigns using various content management systems, multimedia files and other documents.
• Manage internal websites using Web 2.0 applications and dynamic web pages.
• Perform periodic maintenance on website to post new and existing product offerings, promote webinars and live events, company information and procedure updates, etc.
• Set up and edit Word Press Blogs
• Execute live webinar presentations of pre-recorded programming
• Monitor key word campaigns to ensure effectiveness of SEO campaigns and provide ongoing reports using a variety of metrics including traffic, ranking, conversions, etc.
• Monitor pay per click campaigns
• Contribute to the development of strategic marketing strategies and
initiatives in support of increasing the company's brand awareness,
product offerings, and competitive positioning – consistent with
growth in our customer base, market share and revenue goals.
• Manage website structure, navigation, page layout, and visual design
while ensuring adherence to IT and Brand standards and procedures.
• Leverages technology and the latest developments in Internet and
graphics applications to effectively communicate to customers.
• Role will work closely with the owner and internal sales teams, as well as industry partner companies.
Technical Knowledge and Skills:
Required Skills:
• Dreamweaver
• HTML/XHTML
• CSS
• Knowledge of and proficiency with Microsoft Office and related
software
• Knowledge of developing and implementing eNewsletters,
webcasts/webinars, podcasts, HTML email campaigns, banner ads and
other online marketing campaigns
