Website Design Needed-Anywhere

Freelance writer is seeking web-designer for a blog-style website using Wordpress unless a better approach is available. 

The following ideas are to be implemented, though other ideas are welcome.

• A rotating image box across the top of the page (under the header). I will discuss with you about the size of the images in the box.
• A rotating image box on the right or left side. This will need to have text that rotates as well.
• The ability to create new pages based on the design.
• One page that is a picture broken up into small, equally sized squares, like a grid. The picture needs to be blacked out with just a few squares showing at first. Over time I will reveal additional squares and create links
for each square. The squares will have mouse-over text, too.
