Home Based Quiz Writers Needed

Pub Quiz USA, the #1 rated quiz company in America, is looking for talented writers to join us as we continue to expand across the nation. We seek professional-minded people who have an interest in trivia and believe they might have a knack for writing quirky, creative and thought provoking questions, such as "Do fingernails keep growing after you're dead?" and "What word means a block of wood, a cut of meat, and an attachment for holding a tool in a machine?"

To be considered for this position, you must own a reliable computer, internet connection, MS Word (NOT Open Office), an FTP program, and have the ability to rip sound clips from audio and/or video DVDs, CDs, or the internet, using an audio program to edit and create wav/mp3 files. You must also have scholastic background, college graduates preferred, due to the nature of the job. Successful candidates will have a hunger for trivia, be able to follow explicit, detailed instructions, take constructive criticism without taking it personally, ask questions as necessary, be able to follow deadlines and work independently. Candidates need not live in Portland. This job does require a number of hours at first to learn and produce the work, but once you are able to get into the swing of things, the tasks become easier by the week.
