Home Based Lionbridge Internet Judge
Seeking an Internet Judge to work from home objectively reviewing and rating websites. This is a part-time position with flexible hours between 7am and 9pm local time.
Internet Judge will be a key participant in helping determine the relevance of search engines. Candidates must be avid internet enthusiasts.
Responsibilities Include:
• Advise, mentor and serve as escalation point for both operational teams and clients.
• Rate websites based on detailed written instructions
• Provide feedback when required
Qualifications
• Three years or more experience using the Internet
• Excellent e-mail communication, ability to escalate issues providing details
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Able to function independently with detailed written instructions
• Ability to use their best judgment or instinct to make decisions quickly
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work quickly and accurately
• Be able to focus on repetitive task without losing focus.
Computer Requirements:
• High-speed Internet connection (DSL or cable)
• Secure access to personal computer running a recent version of Windows (Vista or XP)
• Adobe reader and WinZip required
• Personal computer must have at least 512 MB of memory and 1.5 Ghz.
