Partial Remote Portal Developer

Candidate must be a US Citizen with DoD Secret (or application in progress).

Portal Developer required to support the effort to build, test, and deploy portlets that implement specific functionality. The selected candidate will be required to build, test and implement a portal application in preparation for a Demonstration of Technology (DOT) scheduled for October 2009.

Required Skills:
* Build portlets in Java using Rational Application Developer or similar development tool
* Use configuration management software such as Subversion
* Ability to write and implement complex SQL queries
* Ability to program in Java

Nice to have Skills:
* Experience with working with government data centers
* Implement and manage WebSphere Content Manager
* Implement and manage WebSphere Application and Portal Server

End Data: 15 October 2009

Selected candidate will be able to work remotely, but some travel will be involved to Fairfax, VA and Radford, VA
