Looking for the right web designer that is extremely fluent in the fundamentals of Facebook Application Development

Must be willing to furnish heavy examples (past or current projects), positioned directly
in this particular area of design, and be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement, before
proceeding forward in any direction of development.

Our goal is to design a multi-user, multi interactive, Facebook application/ database. We are looking
for someone local. A person we can meet with several times in person, to be updated on the progess of
