Remote Web Designer-Light Work

Web designer needed to create website out of wireframes and rudimentary designs. Project was left half done by another designer.  Candidates should provide links to previous work with a clean appearance and great user interfaces, and a per project rate. Many future projects are available for a talented and impressive designer.
