Marketing/PR Assistant-Virtual

I am a freelance designer that is in the process of starting up my own freelance design studio.
 

What I am in need of is to find a PR/Marketing person that can help me push my company name out to public and bring in new potential clients. Because I am already so busy doing design work and putting quotes and bids together.
I am finding that I don't have the time to put together a good marketing strategy.
