Technical Support Home Based-New Mexico and Colorado
Home-based Technical Support Associate position available to provide in-bound customer service, support and resolution for inquiries regarding television equipment or other services. Company offers full benefit package and competative pay. Candidates should have:
- Demonstrated ability to perform with minimal direct supervision (self-discipline and self-starting are critical abilities for this position).
- Solid PC skills to include the ability to perform basic troubleshooting of hardware and software.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and tasks quickly and to assimilate the learning into assigned tasks.
- Excellent customer service and listening skills including the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and resolve complex issues for customers.
- Organizational skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and multi-task workflow in a timely manner.
- A dedicated analog phone line and high speed internet (DSL or Broadband), corded headset with a noise canceling microphone and a monitor with a minimum display resolution of 800 x 600 pixels.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule from the comfort of your own home.
- A criminal background investigation, drug screen and credit check are required for all candidates being considered for this position.
