Work at Home Web Designer

Company seeks Web Designer with extensive experience in CSS, HTML, XHTML, graphic design, and proven SEO techniques. Familiarity with ASP is also very helpful. Positon is telecommute but designer is expected to be online and available during business hours and reachable via IM.
Candidates must already have software for: FTP, Photo Editing (Photoshop or Illustrator, etc.), and any web authoring tools you prefer to use (for example Dreamweaver.)

Compensation: $16/hr
