ICM Developer (Remote Work)
ICM developer with knowledge and experience in ICM (Intelligent Call Manager) programming and production support needed. Candidates must have significant experience in routing, queues, adding PG's and management of them. At least 5 years' experience in a TAC environment for production, CTI designing and development, SQL, Cisco, Visual Basic, C and C++.
