Home Based PHP Programmer

I am looking for a PHP person to fix a couple of small details on our companies website. We are Aquarius magazine and have been publishing in the Atlanta area for 17 years. This month we are updating our digital publication to a new platform. We have a website that was built in PHP and just need a couple of areas tweaked to like to the new code. I don't think it will be more than a couple of hours work this time, however, I am looking for someone to freelance on an ad hoc basis to make changes as our previous web designer is no longer with us.
