Home Based Phone Consult Pharmacist

Pharmacist needed to provide phone consultations to members regarding their medication therapies.  You would provide medication reviews and resolve medication related issues.  You will be involved in discussions with other professionals in the healthcare field to provide optimum medication management.

Requirements for this position include:

Current pharmacist license in good standing
BS in Pharmacy or PHARMD
Strong computer and communication skills
Superior customer service

Preferred Skills:

3 years of clinical exp/residency
Board Certification/or certification in geriatric pharmacy
Managed Care experience
Bilingual English/Spanish
