Telecommute CSR / Technical Support
Company offers a Point-of-Sale Software Support Technician position with the opportunity to work from home. Technicians will provide telephone and email support to end users, research, identify and resolve a variety of issues, document and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution, and consistently follow up and status customers and team.
Candidates must:
Be A+ certified or programming experience. Web development experience beneficial.
Have at least 1 year experience providing software and hardware technical support.
Have superior customer service, communication skills and follow-through.
Ability to quickly learn our tracking tools and systems.
Ability to comply with processes such as logging all calls, following up with customers, etc.
Ability to work independently and productively with minimum management oversight.
