Home Based Probate and Trust Attorney

Small law firm is looking for a long term Contract Attorney for overflow probate and trust litigation, probate administration and trust administration. This is a part-time position involving typically less than 10 hours per week. This position does not require any court appearances, although if willing to do so, that would be a possibility. Work may be done from home or from an office environment. Work flow will vary.
Position will involve preparation of petitions, objections and all aspects of probate litigation and administration. The ideal individual will be experienced in the areas of Probate and Trust Litigation and Administration with 15+ years of experience in this practice area.
