A friendly, well-organized, small company providing bookkeeping and accounting services for small businesses is seeking part-time persons for bookkeeping jobs.

• You may work in your home, but you will need to come to our Downtown Renton office at least once a week to pick up and drop off materials, as well as for orientation, reporting, and consultation.
• We would prefer candidates living close to Downtown Renton.
• We use QuickBooks, and you need to have advanced level of experience in QuickBooks and accounting. Unfortunately, we do not have time for offering basic training. However, on the job, you will receive training on the intricacies of QuickBooks beyond the basics to help you do your job. • You will need high speed Internet connection and a good computer in your home.
• The most important is that you will need to be proactive in this position. You are expected to initiate and maintain constant contact with our office. This is the number one requirement in your performance. It comes out of the nature of our service that we must know what you are doing and how you are progressing in your job. The top evaluation point for your job is how diligent and consistent you are in maintaining the live contact with our office.
• The pay is by the job, and not by the hours.
• There will be a three-month trial period at the beginning. The pay is a little lower during the trial period than the pay after the finalization of your position.
