Telecommute Regional Sales ManagerSales company devoted to lifestyles involving natural products, supplements, and botanicals is seeking a Regional Sales Manager with the same outlook on life. Qualified individual will be responsible for managing the brokers and independent sales reps in existing natural channel area account areas. These areas include the Mid-Atlantic to Southeast regions, which include: AL, DC, DE, FL, GA, MD, NC, PR, SC, TN, VA, and WV.
Responsibilities:
- 50% travel into designated region every other week to maintain major accounts, develop sales reps, conduct educational training sessions, and to implement growth-inducing business strategies.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal, sales, leadership, and critical thinking skills
- Must reside in Miami, DC metro, or Atlanta area due to concentration of business regions
- 3 years experience with successful field sales management in the natural channel (prefer supplement sales)
- Exceptional time management, analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Sales staff development experience
- Ability to exude confidence during educational presentations in small group training venues
