Telecommute Associate Sales Director
Position available for an Associate Sales Director to efficiently and effectively assist our CPG client in meeting and/or exceeding its annual financial performance goals, reporting directly to VP of Sales. This position will regularly collaborate with marketing, business analytics, category management, customer service, and product supply.
Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management with customer base
- Lead and execute selling strategies in designated sales divisions
- Broker Management in Eastern United States
- Financial management (gross sales volume, forecasting, trade spending, charge backs, promotion planning, company and customer profit performance)
- Product level management (pricing, invoicing, distribution, retail marketing, promotional planning, contracting and retail store conditions regarding products)
- Effective communication skills
- Strong sense of accountability for performance level success
- Auditing, reporting, and tracking retail conditions
- Special projects TBD
- Bachelors Degree from college or university
- Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in CPG Industry; strong background in sales, analytics, brokerage management (Category management and drug channel experience a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle stress
