Work at Home Pharmacist

Position available for a Specialist Pharmacist to assist our company by joining our clinical telephone outreach team. This position will enable you to directly influence clinical behavior with patients, prescribers, and other healthcare providers. You will assist us in developing a whole-person approach to patient care.  Responsibilities:

• Consulting with patients, prescribers, and other healthcare professionals concerning drug therapy management and optimal drug usage
• Assisting and advising patients concerning their prescription drug benefits
• Performing other tasks as assigned

• Experience consulting with patients and other health care professionals concerning drug therapies and opportunities for cost savings
• Adherence to company policy, operating procedures and a commitment to quality
• Bachelors or PharmD degree in Pharmacy
• Active Arizona pharmacist license in good standing
• Resident of Arizona
• 1-3 years of experience in mail-service, retail, or community practice setting; Managed Care Rotation, Internship or Residency experience is highly valued.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screen
• Must meet company requirements including broadband connectivity and home office space

• Excellent relationship management combined with superior communication skills
• Ability and drive to work successfully in at home setting, yet also able to be a team player
• Ability to exercise sound professional judgment and excellent decision making
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills
• Exceptional clinical and technical knowledge
• Ability to uphold strict customer and employee confidentially concerning personal records
