Job Title: Mechanical Engineer - Due Diligence Professional

More senior levels and higher compensation for those candidates possessing license P.E.

Acquisition - Financial Due Diligence Services Group has professionals who provide building / construction evaluation consulting services to the Real Estate and Financial industries nationwide. We are continuously seeking high quality individuals to join our team of professionals. Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong computer literacy (MS Word and Excel skills are a must).

Experience Required:

Candidates must possess the following skills and experience:
# Formal education in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years related work experience.
# Candidate must possess strong building systems analysis (mechanical, electrical, life-safety) and property condition assessments.
# The position involves review of construction documents, field observation and assessment, corrective recommendations, cost evaluations, preparation of formal reports and high levels of client communication.
# This level of professional will be expected to handle multiple concurrent projects with minimum oversight, possess excellent technical writing skills, and have experience working in a team environment.
# The position involves assisting in the review of construction documents, field observation and property condition assessments, cost evaluations, and assistance in the preparation of formal reports.
# Registration preferred but not required. More senior levels and higher compensation for those candidates possessing license P.E.
